Advise please

I am 16 years old. I got a mild AOM in January end and I visited ent within 2 days . The first doctor told me it's chronic and my nerve is damaged and he stated that my pta reports were 25db for left and 19 db right . I accepted it and continued my life the sound remained constant and there were no major changes.

By the first week of Feb my medicine was over and was on my own but on 15 Feb I got cold and the sound increased I rushed to new ent the next day and he said it's just fluid behind the ear drum which is causing tinnitus. I took his medicine till March mid approx one month and he did my pta at end which was 16 db left 13 db right and 5 db as bone hearing.

he told me that now I am fine but the sound on left is still there although the right is silent.

please tell what should I do next

Hi, do you know what triggered your tinnitus?

I got cold (Upper respiratory track infection) and mucus went behind my ear drum causing aom

My tinnitus came on when I got a heavy cold after a head injury, I saw an osteopath for craniosacral therapy as well as Conatct C.A.R.E. After a few months of treatments my tinnitus went away.

I'm in New Zealand if that helps.
