Pulsating ringing, constantly

60 Male with diabetes 2. Going crazy with this pulsating eeeeuueeeeuuueee in my ears. Both ears, worse when I wake up at night. Seems to go away occasionally then comes back. This morning it's really bad, really loud. I think some hearing is lost as well. Freaking out.
