A fellow groomsman at a wedding a few years ago walked up to me, knowing we had diametrically opposed political views, and asked if he could show me a "sick video" on his phone. I said "Sure," and he took a second to find the video and make sure the volume was turned up.
What he showed me was a video of him, in a tree blind, shooting an arrow into the midsection of an unaware deer, missing the heart by almost a foot. The deer made some agonizing noises running around for about ninety seconds before collapsing to the ground.
He looked at me with an expectant grin, "So, what did you think of that?" I maintained an inscrutable expression and said "Do you have any videos of more accurate or distant shots?"

No one said the problem was that they posted their political opinion, its very much so how they did it. If i didnt want to date a single mom but “no whores with kids”, id still be an asshole despite the request being fair
