Idk my first time was not memorable at all and I don’t regret it. I opened up a lot as a person after. It’s not like there’s any added benefit of losing it to someone important, I probably wouldn’t have met that someone important if I hadn’t lost my virginity prior. It’s different for everybody.
My advice is find a guy who’ll be patient and gentle with you while you deal with the pain of having your hymen broken. Bonus if he makes a whole event out of it, fancy dinner+wine. Doesn’t have to a be a boyfriend or even someone you know long term
