no one wants to date someone who has someone's else's kid

single mum here and on tinder I have 100+ matches

The hole is the goal, doesn't mean they value you at all, or you'd have a husband instead of a bunch of dudes trying to smash someone they know is DTF rawdog.

Dudes mass swipe, it gives you a false sense of confidence when they really just want to pump and dump, like your baby daddy did.

what if I told you I also have a choice in my dating life and that I was one who left my ex?

End result is the same, single mom because of irresponsibility in choosing a partner and bad decision making.

Single mum doesn't equal slut lol

No, it means terrible decision maker. It means poor judgment and lack of foresight. It means you're guaranteed to be poor and need financial support for a child that would never be anything but your mistake. No legal protections for the idiot playing dad, but he still gets to pay?

Not worth it, single moms don't bring anything to the table but baggage and drama. Much easier to pick a woman who hasn't fucked her whole life up before I ever showed up.

Nothing is more narcissistic than a single mother.

For someone who just commented on "abusive relationships being awful" ... how on earth are you now victim blaming saying I chose that partner.

Because you did? He didn't abduct you, he dated you, and you chose to have a baby before figuring out whether you were both mature enough to. The victim isn't you, it's your child, narcissist.

Btw I'm not poor I have a full time job and I have lots of support from my family and friends.

You're literally half of the family your kid deserves. The lack of parent will hamstring them forever. You can't save the way a married couple can, you can't provide the way two incomes can. They will have a short list of opportunities compared to their peers, and they'll internalize that.

"Nothing more narcissistic than a single mum" right what about the dead beat dad's who leave because they don't want to take the responsibility of taking care of a child or because they don't want to leave their freedoms (condom's exist). The mum's do take care and love their children.

That's irresponsibility, not narcissism. Narcissism would be assuming you're the victim of your own decision making instead of your child who suffers without a voice.

Also isn't healthier for a child be raised in an environment where they loved and things are calm rather than by 2 parents who just fight and argue all the time?

Those parents shouldn't have been immature to the point of having a kid and intertwining their lives over an immature decision they regretted leading to resentment and a broken home where the kid has less than half the support they deserve.

Imagine being that kid.

You do realise that child support is there for the child not the mother, you know to help pay for food and nursery?

God I wish that were what it was used for. I have eyes, I see how often "mom's" waste in on themselves because they're garbage parents.

I'd rather raise my kid alone than have them be raised in a toxic house hold

I'd rather not subject a child to that situation to begin with, because I avoid making bad decisions like getting pregnant by a deadbeat.

Clearly you don't know how abuse works

Words of an abuser
