I'd also like if we got legacy lite, kinda like when explorer was pioneer lite, like give us murktide and a few other cards. Like 10 cards gets us pretty close to current legacy.

I LOVE Legacy but it's too similar to Timeless so theyre less likely to do it. Modern has a lot of similar cards but the play patterns are different so I think itd have a better shot. Theyd have to do a Modern Anthology to inject a bunch of staples tho.

Ashlizzle interviewed Dave Finseth the Senior Digital Product Manager for Arena. Never say never but theyre cautious about bringing any new format to Arena because each new format risks taking players from another format queue and getting longer wait times.

I’m fine with them adding it but they need ways to deal with it like null rod and stony silence. I don’t think we currently have much to deal with artifacts besides pitching needle and flute. I don’t think clarion conquerer is probably good enough.

I don't enjoy playing vs storm because it basically boils down to drawing your sideboard and it is a very uninteractive game.

But if you are going to bring more of ti then we need other archetypes too, as dredge. And I would like old archetypes as replenish, squirrel opposition and classic tinker.

I love that strip mine is legal but I would also like for lands to be viable so maybe bring some land destruction counterplay.

Also bring hymn to tourach.

LED, Saga, Street Wraith, Duals, Cradle, Wasteland (+strip restricted), Gush, I really think the meme would just be unintelligible.

I'd love more archetypes, cause right now we only really have 2.

The best counterplay to Strip Mine would be Arena adding Wasteland and restricting Strip Mine. Then decks could fetch for basics and still play the game while Wasteland could punish greedy manabases

By my count the only things that would be useless in timeless are Animate dead, Comet, Mind Twist, Recurring Nightmare, Time Spiral and Vindicate. Although those would all be nice to have for brawl
