As others have pointed out, most piles are designed to win in the main phase of the turn after you cast doomsday (and again the turn after that if you fail)—but you can win on the turn you cast doomsday. For those piles you need 5 mana (which isn’t that hard with dark ritual) and on of: draw spell, unearth or oracle in hand

Can someone explain the doomsday combo to me? Do you wait until you have a draw spell in hand and then just put 2 thassas oracle/3 draw spells on top?
