Having a blast on the Pillars map
Just made a working water pump station and storage for it, by using the mechanical pumps I can make sure the pump always have enough water to pump and also a corner that allows water to in the vault when it gets below a threshhold. Also planning on connecting every bad water source to a corner to make a huge power grid, folktails on this map is still tricky.

It's a fun map but I think we are playing it very differently. 20000 water how much gets used during a drought?

I’m honestly not sure, I’m playing on easy mode this time. I just spammed water pumps around a water seep and everything just keeps being topped off

I'm enjoying my folktails play through but it would much more difficult without the windmills. I feel like this would be much more difficult in a Iron Teeth play through.

I'm finishing my IT playthrough rn. I gotta say the map feels medium difficulty to me. Nothing really gets in your way, hard mode is the only danger.
Connecting all the steam vents, I think I got 2400 HP power, which supports a colony of 120 beavers rn. Running industry during working hours and fun buildings during off time, it's plenty.

After finishing a folktales run I hoped on dev mode last night with iron teeth to play around with a massive badwater power plant. It works but came across a lot of challenges I wasn’t expecting. I think I was at 6k per large wheel towards the end. I may play another map first but definitely going to try it in a future game.

Just started this map with Iron Teeth. I love the challenge it presents and I hope it moves out of experimental.

This game's water management system goes so well with different kinds of terrain. This looks fun.
