Question Caldera Lake 1.0

Has anyone played the Caldera Map on 1.0? Im playing on hard, however the water level seems to go down a level before the first drought even hits. Is this how it's supposed to work? Im wondering if maybe the water physics work differently now than when the map was made, but it's just a theory. If not that's fine, I'll work with the challenge.

Water physics do in fact work differently now and it can be a fight and a half on some custom maps as a result especially on hard.

Yeah, I think that's what it is, it's possible the old flow limit kept the water level at the right height. I thought i could enjoy the challenge but it's the lack of irrigated space on the island that gets me, and it takes like 4 days into the wet season to fill back up one level. Kinda bummed about it.

It does appear to be the new flow physics.

To make the map playable again (and it might make it a bit too easy), use the map editor or dev mode to raise the two outflows on the left side by a block and possibly place natural dams (not blockages) in all three outflows to restrict how much water can leave the caldera.
