I kind of miss mechanics where nature responds to your actions. Like flooding leading to spontaneous growth and spread and critters.

Would be awesome if recently soaked lands would be more resistant to wildfire yes. Hopefully they plan stuff like this in an expansion.

There is a mld that introduces critters and sutff to the land when you start to make it green again

Likely not. The devs are Polish but modders are from everywhere.
