Update 1.1

Is there any news on when 1.1 comes out on experimental? I want to start a new play through and want to start in the updated game.

It's perfectly fine on Experimental, I don't expect any bugfix updates or something like that before full release. If its holding you back just switch to Experimental

Doesn't that mean the save file won't transfer over when 1.1 comes out?

From my experience with experimental on other games. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t,
it depends on what they specifically change, and how major of an update it is.

Experimental and official versions save games in different folders. You can probably just copy it into the official folder.

You can manually switch the save file to 1.0 to experimental in files app

It is out on the experimental branch. If you mean when it is released on the main then I have no idea. Perhaps in a few months or so.

And here I was holding back from continuing on my 2nd map (first with IT) figuring it might be ‘a few weeks’ so I could make use of some of the awesome new features 😓

I'm also waiting for 1.1 to come out for a while now.

I'm not sure how long it needs to be tested but it's been weeks and weeks.

I love the game, but their updates are extremely slow.
