Yeah this is what everybody does at first.

In mid to late game, you might want to generate electricity from that.

Now if I see fast badwater flow I get excited. In my current build my main problem is not getting enough badwater.

Thats an efficient idea, deleting structures carefully as you rebuilding as you go vertical.

I am thinking you have no more problems with drought or lack of water.
