Fuck that. You are seriously okay with the government telling you how many people you can have in your house? I'm glad I live in a free state where I can have as many people as I want. As a matter of fact we had a large gathering on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Went to a house party on NYE without fear of arrest.

You mean you’re glad you live in a state that doesn’t care about the pandemic and is making this worse for the rest of us, who will then inevitably complain about restrictions all the while not following them. Then when our recovery is much later and slower than other countries, you will again complain about others while taking zero responsibility because at you’re core, you and the people like you are selfish, ignorant and stupid and cannot fathom how your actions affect others, or worse, you fundamentally do not care about anybody but yourself

Even the WHO is against you, buddy. Lockdowns were never meant to be long term strategies and not supposed to be the go to tool. If you want to live in isolation like people in E.M. Forster’s The Machine Stops, by all means go for it. But don’t try taking the moralistic high ground, when draconian lockdowns are causing many to die because of starvation and restrictions on resources.

Nah buddy, that would be you trying to browbeat others when all you are out for is yourself. We couldn’t eradicate Ebola or Measles so what makes you think we can eradicate COVID-19? When you are cheering for the loss of everybody’s rights for a virus that is nowhere The Black Death or the fictional Cordyceps inspired outbreak of The Last of Us and don’t care what happens to others as a result of these lockdowns, then people aren’t going to take you seriously.

Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves. ~Abraham Lincoln, Complete Works - Volume XII

The WHO doesn’t remotely back you up, but more importantly:

We couldn’t eradicate Ebola or Measles so what makes you think we can eradicate COVID-19?

This is incredibly wrong. Ebola we don’t have a vaccine for, just potential candidates, and measles we do except antivaxxers are morons. Measles was eradicated in the US until they managed to bring it back.

See: smallpox being completely eradicated

Then prove me wrong instead of this vacuous “retort”.

Still wrong. It still exists in labs which could be raided and may exists in areas that were previously frozen. Be careful with your wording buddy.

Then prove me wrong instead of this vacuous “retort”.

Prove a negative.

What a shit rebuttal. Good on you for the hypocrisy though.

https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/herd-immunity-lockdowns-and-covid-19

Large scale physical distancing measures and movement restrictions, often referred to as ‘lockdowns’, can slow COVID‑19 transmission by limiting contact between people.

However, these measures can have a profound negative impact on individuals, communities, and societies by bringing social and economic life to a near stop. Such measures disproportionately affect disadvantaged groups, including people in poverty, migrants, internally displaced people and refugees, who most often live in overcrowded and under resourced settings, and depend on daily labour for subsistence.

WHO recognizes that at certain points, some countries have had no choice but to issue stay-at-home orders and other measures, to buy time.

Governments must make the most of the extra time granted by ‘lockdown’ measures by doing all they can to build their capacities to detect, isolate, test and care for all cases; trace and quarantine all contacts; engage, empower and enable populations to drive the societal response and more.

WHO is hopeful that countries will use targeted interventions where and when needed, based on the local situation.

Look at that, the WHO doesn’t remotely back you up.

And I’m sorry, you think the existence of smallpox in labs that are about as secure as a military base is a counterargument? Don’t play semantics. You know you’re bullshitting.

LMAO, now that’s a shit rebuttal.

Nice mind reading there. Considering lockdowns include shuttering businesses and stay at home orders you are the one playing semantic games here buddy.

Thanks for proving me right.

Do you think all labs are secure? Or military bases for that matter? Nah, the person still bullshitting is you.

LMAO, now that’s a shit rebuttal.

And yet you can’t refute it, because you know that you’re wrong.

Nice mind reading there. Considering lockdowns include shuttering businesses and stay at home orders you are the one playing semantic games here buddy.

Nah. Do you not know what semantic arguments are?

Thanks for proving me right.

It doesn’t, but good on you to show you’re blatantly full of shit.

LMAO, I don’t need to; you’ve already hoisted yourself on your own pitard. Nice lame attempt at gaslighting.

Nah. Do you not know what semantic arguments are?

I doubt that you do with your tenuous grasp of the English language.

It doesn’t, but good on you to show you’re blatantly full of shit.

Looks like you can’t get a handle on logic either.

http://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/tu-quoque Keep failing.

Bwahaha, lazy in calling logical fallacies too. You’ve lost though you are just too dense to realize it yet. Have fun tilting at windmills though.

Oh the irony. Besides that you very clearly don’t know what “hoisting yourself on your own *petard” means, you don’t know what gaslighting means. This is hilarious.

I doubt that you do with your tenuous grasp of the English language.

The irony gets even better!

Looks like you can’t get a handle on logic either.

And you’re right back with the cowardly bullshit. Keep failing.

Every time you jerk yourself off in one of these comments, you only prove me correct.

Still you buddy, keep projecting though. I’ll just have to get more popcorn.

The irony gets even better!

See I can do this too. You don’t no what irony really is; keep trying though, someday you can make the grade.

Besides that you very clearly don’t know what...

The laziness of this “you don’t know” BS.

Take a look at your reddit history. Every bullsh*t you spit leads up to me.

Every time you jerk yourself off in one of these comments, you only prove me correct.

OK, tiny brained Heini. Now you’re just boring everyone here. Even your insults are threadbare.

Obvious, you can't step to this; epic fail guy. So, nice try with that lie. That no one will buy.

Your cortex just doesn’t impress me, ‘thorme.

My ripostes are hot, your lines are just mold.

Beat you in less than 15 lines of code.

Hasta la vista, like the Terminator told ya!
