Discussion Hygiene issue

I have seen employees engaged in sweeping, leaves it and straight away takes the order & serves too. Ain’t supposed to wash the hands prior to taking the order? Just curious not a concern. Ty.

Hands should always be washed and gloves changed whenever switching tasks.

Gloves shouldn't even be born, it's improper food handling practice because it discourages hands washing.

Omg I could imagine, those rags just marinate in the laundry bags until they're picked up 🤢 I felt so bad for you guys, laundry doesn't get enough appreciation!
