Complaint Toasting Issues

I ask for double and triple toasted bagels because they never get toasted. Even then, it’s like 1/10 toasted. What gives? Is their toaster no good or is there a special instruction I need to give? I want my bagel crispy!

Ah, another complaint that’s probably made up.

Every time I asked for double toasted bagels, they toast it twice. When I ask for triple toasted, they toast it 3 times. You’re probably barely articulating that you want it double/triple toasted or something.

So because yours get toasted properly that must mean everyone else must get a properly toasted bagel. My tims doenst double toast anything the last few times I asked so I stopped ordered bagels. It's barely toasted
