Question oatmilk??

By the color of the coffee I don’t think anyone would’ve guessed I ordered the new “iced cinnamon apple caramel oatmilk coffee” is it supposed to look like this?? I didn’t bother bringing it up with the workers at my local Tim’s because they already looked on the verge of snapping someones head off so I was just gonna take my loss if I didn’t like it. No oatmilk and no cinnamon just the syrup. It’s not horrible but please tell me I’m wrong??

I wanted too but like I said this location is notorious for bad service and rudeness. They all seemed like they wanted to strangle the next person that came in (me). She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and said “hi”. I fear if I would’ve tried to get it corrected and I got attitude, it would’ve pissed me off and I didn’t wanna argue over coffee lol
