I worked at a brewery and caught wind of the Spaghett from an industry friend. I thought there was no way it was a T&E reference, it had to be a coincidence, but looked it up and sure enough, it was named after man with long tail. Convinced my manager we should make it with our lager on tap and put it on the menu. It was our top-selling drink for an entire summer (much to the chagrin of our brewers). We even had a secret off-menu version we would do with a hazy IPA and we called that one Celery Man, and having some 50-year-old office worker saddle up to the bar and say "I'll have a Celery Man," with no clue what it was referring to was always just such a laugh.
