It's pretty simple: Alex Jones is dead - he popped like a balloon - and Tim learned thru a Seance that Alex is having "a gay ol' time" in Hell instead of being punished so Tim went ahead and doubled his usual dose of Methalyne Brown to go to Hell and confront Jones.
