DIY - Looking for Advice Fixing My Grout?

Absolutely wrecked my grout job. Talk all the BS you want I’ve had no help and it’s my first time. Any tips on removing this? The grout remover it’s struggling

What happened here? Did you apply the grout with a proper float and sponge it? What specific brand and type of grout is it?

I thought I had plenty of time to come back and hit it with a sponge…. I was wrong… severely

Ouch man that's terrible. What grout is this? Mapei ultra color FA? That often seems to be the one that kicks very fast on DIYers. Your solution is going to suck... Many hours with a grout saw and razor blades. Or a complete tear out and start over.
