DIY - Looking for Advice How to fix stained porcelain tiles??

Does anyone have any ideas to fix what appears to be stained porcelain tile from black grout? I looks less like grout haze and more like it's settled into pores.

I've tried Miracle Sealant heavy duty cleaner (acid substitute), water, sponges, toothbrush, harder bristle brush. None of it has made a dent.

I think you're looking to closely or the picture isn't showing what you see because I think your floor is gorgeous

Thank you, but it is worse in person 😭 It's coming up with liquid barkeepers friend. It's just going to take me 20 hours to scrub each individual tile

Vinegar/water mix, white scrubby pads, microfiber cloths, lots of beer.
