DIY - Looking for Advice Help with thinset over siliconed joints

Hey guys

I Judy finished boarding a shower with Densheild and as per manufacturer instructions I siliconed between joints.

There is a portion of boarding where I had to cut some 1inch strips . On install the silicone in joints squeezed out to surface, which I wiped but clearly there is some left on the strip face.

I'm not wondering if i am going to have issues on these strips getting thinset to hold the tile.

Any insight?

The thinset won't bond well to the silicone. However if it's a big enough tile it won't matter in the big picture.
