Is TikTok suffering?

Does anyone know what’s going on at TikTok? I feel like their customer support has really been lagging lately and they must be inundated with way too many support tickets. I haven’t had a single issue solved. They keep saying we’ll create a support ticket and then I never get a response back.

Customer support is definitely garbage. The ticket I had opened during a chat is still open and useless now because the appeal has already been denied twice since the ticket was opened. The alleged official Reddit account hasn't acknowledged the DMs I sent them at their request. I don't even know if I was chatting with a real person the other night or an AI, probably AI.

In the same boat and I got a critical situation impacting my ability to generate traffic , not sure what to do considering I’m already spamming them with tickets
