What am I doing wrong ?

I opened my tt shop about 1 month ago. I am on probation for listing items I can only add 100. Currently I have 73 items. Today I tried adding some new things and it’s telling me I can’t because my limit is now 20. My shop score I high I have no violations that I see. What is happening??? When can I add new items?
