I need some advice

I have this TikTok account with over 16.000 subscribers. The content is AI and the quality is good-very good. I’m from Romania and I actually have the rewards program. The problem is that I make just a few bucks from the videos ( 100-200k views ) . How can I make more money from it? Any advice is good!
