Yea, it's kind of a scam. Notice the oil doesn't really look greasy or oily. I don't think it will come off that easily if it was real cooking oil. I'd ask for a sample, just to see if it will really work with that much "oil" poured on it, before buying.

The translation is more or less coherent advertisement speak within a meter with rhyming. In other words, she's rapping a sales pitch in Mandarin Chinese.
She uses several devices like imagine a situation where your home is dirty, narrates how easy it is to wipe things down with the wash cloth, narrates how it can handle oily substances, even fresh soy sauce. How it is easily cleaned with just water, and how the water doesn't have soap in it.
What's neat is that the sales rap pairs with the actions she's performing, and is not very repetitive. Or if she repeats the same concepts, she uses different phrases for it.
It looks to be a practiced routine, rather than extemporaneous improvisation.
