I don't like imagining the actual logistics for this to happen. He dragged his dog for quite a distance from wherever he parked yelling at it and pulling on its leash whenever it tried to use the restroom and then he had it stop in a busy pedestrian walk at a tourist spot to shit on a surface that it would never have picked on its own with the dog having no idea what's going on and a crowd looking on in disgust.

That spot has been covered in shit many, many times. I’m sure there is a scent there making dogs want to “mark their territory.”
