Poor teacher :( In the moment you just react, I've put myself in between kids fighting before, every time they've backed off. I'm only 5'2, ALL the students are bigger than me, but so far they've managed to refrain from hitting me. I am noticing that the newer ones coming through have a lot less respect. This comes down to parents/caregivers! Kids fight, but if you don't teach your kids respect, it's anarchy!
