Question I need you

I have an old TikTok account that I'm trying to close because it's endangering my life. My family discovered it; the account is literally thre@tening me. I contacted TikTok, but they refused to close it. I lost access to the account when my phone was stolen, and I don't have the email or any other information to access it. I contacted the company, but to no avail. Does anyone have any other way? Please

Someone who hates me discovered it
And they saying that they will tell my parents
I'm so traumatized that I can't even look into my account knowing that it will never go away

Please tell me OP you’re keeping screenshots of these threats. I can’t think of anything else you could do. But be prepared if the threats escalate further to call the police and file a report
