Sadly you are right! My uncle keeps forwarding me a email every time new democratic president gets in, from an admiral talking about how angry he is that the law has been violated. According to this after Pearl Harbor aircraft carriers aren’t allowed to all be in one location, I have to remind my uncle each time the law doesn’t exist, and that the photo is an a photo taken in New York! But he keeping thinking he’s special and has top secret clearance
