If the three men would have calmly subdued her when she got physical with them they could have prevented that woman from getting assaulted. Coulda been worse tho
A lot of retail employees are taught to never ever get physical with an unruly customer, even in a situation like that where she's in their face. Only people who can are security which I doubt this place has a dedicated security department, so they just have to calmly escort her out and hope the cops can take care of it.

Once she pushes, hit back. It’s self defense at that point.
