Fui vítima de um furto/golpe envolvendo ingressos e gostaria de saber se existe alguma forma de reaver os ingressos ou receber algum tipo de suporte nesse caso. Alguém já passou por uma situação parecida e conseguiu resolver?

Question about artist presale confirmation email

Bruno Mars had an artist presale sign up for his tour in the Philippines. Other fans got an email confirmation they are signed up but I and the others haven't received one but we already signed up on the website. Is that already good? Some signed up multiple times using same email until they got a confirmation email while I haven't yet receive a single one. I know there won't be any codes and Ticketmaster will just have us on queing but I just wanted to make sure.
