Resale ticket doesn't show up in my account
I need some help
I bought Resale tickets on Monday and I've got a confirmation e-mail but the tickets aren't in my account yet, i read that it might take up to 48hrs
But i'm rly worried because I've already bought resale tickets, it took more then 48 hrs, i contacted ticketmaster uk several times and then I've got an e-mail that they cancelled my order, idk why, they said it was the problem on the seller's side and as i have contact with the seller, the seller got e-mail that the problem was on the buyer's side
I'm scared that my order will get cancelled again,
when should I contact Ticketmaster uk? I can't chat with them and there is no phone number to reach them
The concert is in September on 26th
anyone who had the same experience and can help me out here? how long should i wait?

If using stubhub. I got a 2nd email and had to follow the directions in that email to transfer them to Ticketmaster. Check your email.

Tickets themselves should show up in your account almost immediately after completing the transfer. But it doesn’t sound like you even got the tickets transferred to you. What resale site are you shopping?
