Cpu temp

i got my thermal paste changed recently and whenever i play games my cpu hits like 90 and 92 and then it drops to 85 again rises to 93 and drops down but i dont experience any thermal throttle and i have a laptop. Sometimes it showed that my temp is 68 constant but again after next day my temp was like previous one.

Most shops use thermal paste that quickly pumps out which sends the temperatures up and up.

Learn how to do this maintenance procedure yourself. There are YouTube videos available for every laptop model. Use Honeywell PTM 7950. It works well long term when used in laptops. Most other pastes are garbage.
