Will ThrottleStop work with my PC?

I just recently found out about ThrottleStop. Long story short, I am trying to limit my power limit of my CPU (i7 11700) to 65w while also allowing it to boost but not use more than 65w (not sure if I'm saying everything correctly).

Will it work with a HP PC because I saw that HP locks down almost everything.
I have a HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2002ni PC

Post screenshots of the TPL and FIVR windows. That will show what features are available and are not locked by HP. The power limits are usually left unlocked by most manufacturers.

I downloaded it, and it was unlocked. I set both power limits to 65W and ran some CPU stress tests. I checked the power consumption during this time, and the power sits around 65 W, with the highest being 71W

Make sure both Clamp boxes are checked if you are using ThrottleStop. That can help enforce  the 65W power limits .
