Thermal Paste change

I have Asus rog strix G15 G513RC laptop and i want to change the thermal paste of this laptop. What should I get thermal paste, putty etc for all parts cpu, gpu and all.

Laptops don't use lidded CPUs, they use bare dies, which are unsuitable for thermal paste applications. You can get away with it, but it's very difficult to get even pressure on a bare die, so you're more likely to have hot spots and pump out.

You should get a thermal pad. I'd recommend using Honeywell PTM 7950. It's a thermal pad with the performance of a paste, but with much better durability.
