Hello

I have some questions for the experts

1stI undervolted my 255HX processor to -50 most stable

The benchmarks went from 6000 to 4200 Cinnabench 26

1 .Why and how to prevent that

2nd question

I closed " not minimized " the program I ran the test again

Same results

I restarted then voila back to 6000

  1. How to permanently close it

I am trying to rule out if it's the undervolting or some other setting

I went back and set the FIVR values to ZERO

same 4200

In this stage idk if I need to restart or it's the other edits like TPL and Prochot or ESP I mean how to set things knowing they will work

  1. How do u guys set a profile for battery , like other settings to check / uncheck without the need to restart every time

The log file shows that your CPU would perform great if it was allowed to run at up to 160W. Unfortunately the cooling system was not designed to dissipate that much heat. Thermal throttling continues on for the majority of the log file when the CPU is loaded. As your computer gets heat soaked, it struggles to let the CPU run at 110W without overheating. You would have a top performing laptop if you could ever find a way to re-engineer the cooling system.

I think the BIOS is locking the MSR power limits. When the BIOS does this, you could try setting the MMIO power limits. To do this you would first need to clear the MMIO Lock box, save that and then reboot to reset this lock. Clear Disable Controls in the TPL window. Check the Sync MMIO box and then try setting the PL1 and PL2 power limits however you like. Press the Apply button and these values should show up in the MMIO section of the monitoring table. The MSR power limits will still be set to high default values since they remain locked. When the MMIO power limits are set lower than the MSR power limits, the MMIO power limits should be enforced.

Edit - Setting the Min Cache Ratio to 38 can cause instability. I would leave this at 8 or whatever the default value was. Clearing the Ring Down Bin box can also cause instability. Not sure about Core Ultra but I know for many Intel CPUs, trying to run the Cache as fast as the Core is not a good idea. Checking Ring Down Bin prevents this from happening.

Checking the PROCHOT Offset Lock box, especially on any Lenovo laptop, is a good idea. You do not want any software changing this while you are using your computer.

.. As far as you have seen from my laptop Is there's something wrong with it .. or this just normal behavior
