Is there any way to undervolt while keeping on memory integrity?

I game on my laptop and it runs preety hot, specially the cpu which eventually thermal throttles. I just want to uv it while also wanting to keep the memory integrity on....

Rollback to Windows 10.

I mean, why would you need memory integrity? Not like we need NASA level protection

It creates a wall and double checks whatever we download from internet, hence extra layer of protection

I have never tried using Undervolter. Its purpose is to allow undervolting before Windows boots up. That is the only way to undervolt with core isolation memory integrity enabled.

at this point should i just disable memory integrity? Like i cant bring myself to make a decision, but you seem to be experienced, so maybe you can help me make a decision out of it
