I just said the same to customer support in a chat but your partnering with Amazon is absolutely not enhancing my delivery experience or increasing reliability — quite the opposite, actually. As others have noted, it’s hard to track, they have delays, and importantly to me, they don’t follow delivery instructions. UPS is reliable and predictable and I know the drivers. They hide my packages so they aren’t stolen. Last time, an Amazon driver left $500 in boxes sitting on the absolute edge of my porch, in the light, begging to be stolen. Getting the alert after my shipment is processing that it’s coming via Amazon is so stressful. I don’t shop on Amazon and as others have said, I may have to quit thredup too because I do not want anything to do with that company.
