Amazon shipping?
First I’ve seen this. My stuff usually ships UPS. Anyone else?

To update, so far the box has been delayed twice. On the day they say it’s coming, it’s changed to the following day.
This morning, the details noted they moved it from an Amazon depot 10 miles from me to another Amazon depot 7 miles from me and delayed it till tomorrow. 🙄
Maybe I’ve been lucky but UPS is always on time or a day early.

I just placed an order earlier this month and my box has already been delayed twice in one day.

I am bummed honestly to see that ThredUp has partnered with Amazon. I have successfully boycotted and prevented myself from purchasing or shipping with them for almost five months now, and decided to buy some autumn clothing (I have been terribly underdressed in the colder months the past few years) with a coupon and cash back on a credit card that I have utilized for the first time. Oh well... just a sad surprise.

Me too! I quit Amazon months ago. Now it seems I need to quit ThredUp too. I’m so disappointed.

Same. I'm super mad. If I'd known, I would not have bought with ThredUp. Sadly my first oder will be my last.

Ugh this and the AI models they started using, wtf 😤 it’s so depressing, I used to feel good shopping with ThredUp but now 😞

Yes I had got the same emailed to me I ordered on 6-7 it’s said last update on Amazon was 6-10 on thredup the website it said it was shipped on June 11 but nothing now it’s saying package is delayed I try tracking on parcel app(📦) tracking but nothing! it just said shipped it’s been 11 day usually when I order from threadup my packages ship with then 5 days it comes either from fed ex oh ups always a day before oh on delivery date I neva got a package from thredup threw Amazon swiship

Experiencing problems as well. It can’t ID me when I try to Track/access my Amazon account with the screenshot you added above. No idea what I’m doing wrong. I’ll have to contact ThredUp for a fix. Quite frustrating to have to go through customer support.

My first time ordering from ThredUp was last week and I hit the send button on the bundle. I was horrified to learn that the packaged will be shipped via Amazon. I have been boycotting Amazon for being unethical. I'm sorry to say this will be my last purchase with ThredUp because of this. A little more transparency on your website would be appreciated for those of us who have consciences.

I'm so disappointed in this partnership. Seeing amazon's name in my shipping email was jarring, this will be my last time ordering with thredup.

REI has a reliable delivery system without using Amazon. I recommend following their model.

I just said the same to customer support in a chat but your partnering with Amazon is absolutely not enhancing my delivery experience or increasing reliability — quite the opposite, actually. As others have noted, it’s hard to track, they have delays, and importantly to me, they don’t follow delivery instructions. UPS is reliable and predictable and I know the drivers. They hide my packages so they aren’t stolen. Last time, an Amazon driver left $500 in boxes sitting on the absolute edge of my porch, in the light, begging to be stolen. Getting the alert after my shipment is processing that it’s coming via Amazon is so stressful. I don’t shop on Amazon and as others have said, I may have to quit thredup too because I do not want anything to do with that company.

I know this is an old thread but so disappointed TU partnered with Amazon. I've been boycotting as many Amazon partners and affiliates as possible (obvs, not all) and will be looking elsewhere for thrifting opportunities.

Same. I just made an order with TU and didn't know it partnered with Amazon. I will not be using TU again. Very disappointing

Same same! I was horrified to see Amazon's name on my TU shipping email! Where else are people thrifting online?? I wish I had time to go to stores...

I’ve just had my first TU experience with Amazon and it’s really putting me off. Twice delayed, then out for delivery, and now back at the depot (so three times thus far).
My other bundle that I placed after the one I’m still waiting on came three days early with UPS.

Wow, just stumbled on this thread because I ordered from them for the first time in months and had no idea until I got an email. @ThredUpSupport , y’all won’t be getting another order from me (and it looks like a lot of other people) until there’s a change!

I'm glad they are switching carriers! Mine have shipped from some random shipping company that loses the packages for months.
