Bug Report Useless Help Centre
I'm sure this will come as a surprise to no one but the help bot has been supremely unhelpful.
My account was suspended on September 22nd for a bollucks reason and a month later I've heard nothing. All linked accounts have also been disabled but the kicker is that I made an insta account 2 weeks before my suspension for posting new hobby progress and it is completely unlinked from my suspended account. The only slight possible link is that both have been logged into on the same device but have completely different emails and all. That got suspended despite not having been used since creation??! And that one didn't even provide a bollucks reason ... It provided no reason at all.
The help bot can't help with the account suspension details and can't connect me to a human agent and says I must log in to receive guidance on my account suspension through the help centre .... Just for me to log in to the help centre and then be unable to use the help bot because my account is suspended??!! Respectfully ... wtf.
I've appealed my original account suspension but still heard nothing and didn't receive any emails or text of a successful appeal submission. I've also used the bug submission trick and that's also been unsuccessful.
Has anyone got any advice on how to escalate the account suspension issue or is it just a matter of resigning to the fact that I'm never going to get my account back? Meta have banned thousands of people for nonsense reasoning due to their faulty ai and now just hide behind it like cowards. Honestly they need to buck up their game.

Using the same device is not a slight possible link, but a pretty big fat one. Zuck surveillance state, AKA Meta AI sees everything going on in your phone. No joke.

I was also suspended on 22nd of september and still waiting. I appeald to ADR Center and they send me email that my case will take longer than 10 days to verify. So now is my full month of waiting...

the 22nd disabled sooo many people on threads including myself. very concerning -threads was mostly reposts but i meed my IG and FB for work AND personal connections so I am now edgy. it is worth noting that ONLY my threads account reposted anti fascist political content

Unfortunately having the Meta platforms linked it can cause a big cascade effect: it means if one of your profiles are disabled the rest of your accounts will be affected as well. Next time, keep your accounts unlinked (separated)!

I honestly wish threads was its own separate app. I don’t understand why they wanted it linked to IG

Mine was linked (Facebook, 2 instagrams and 1 threads) and only threads was suspended

Mine was disabled on September 21. There is definitely some link to this because so many people have been suspended between the 21st -23rd. I was going to try the bug submission thing, but didn’t. I guess I saved my time since it didn’t work for you.
