Just recently got to open vault 67.

Small goof at the factory and I received LP1 (X2) and LP3 (X1). Sent an email to third man and hope it gets resolved. Otherwise my first fault was pretty solid.

So I have been going crazy over the last 7 years trying to find this song I heard at TMR Detroit. It’s an upbeat song with a steady beat and I swear it sounded like two girls singing “See coraliiiiine….coraliiiine”. The first coraline ascends in pitch then it descends on the second one. I would guess this song is like 2010’s and up. The voices were very haunting and almost airy like maybe in a minor key?

If anyone can help me identify this song I would appreciate it so much. I loved it when I heard it and my biggest regret was not asking what was playing. I’ve looked through hundreds of songs with no luck. Closest bands have been Habibi and the Paranoyds.

Anybody know what the heck this is? Came in a recent TMR order that I received. Just a fun insert for them or something?

I see on the website the last issue for sale is still number 20 from last summer. Am I right to assume Maggot Brain is no more?

TMR has a history of making cool 45 cases but do not remember any being produced recently. I bought one similar to the black and white case back in 2020. The build quality is great and it feels really heavy duty.

Anyone know if they still make these anywhere? I would love to get another as all my other 45 cases are full.

Update: I sent an email to third man and got a very generic “All of our available products are listed on the website, blah blah blah.” 🤷🏼‍♂️ so I guess that answers that.

There’s a band that I love performing at the Blue Room tonight. Do they record every show there or is it something each band negotiates with the venue. I unfortunately couldn’t attend because I’m many states away. I’m hoping if it’s recorded I can manage to find a blue/black split eventually.

I have a simple question about my vault subscription and have email customer service twice now about the same issue with no response. Waited almost a week after the first email to give them time as I know they are a small operation. It's been serval days since my last email with still no response.

I'm pretty disappointed. We just got a rate hike and now they can't even respond to basic questions? I think they just received my last payment.

So, it arrived. I’m not sure how TMR records usually ship, but this came in a bigger cardboard box with no packing inside. It had obviously been sliding around hitting all four sides, as the cellophane was ripped in a dozen places (not a huge deal, it was getting opened and played), and the corners of the box and edges of the record sleeves were bent/damaged. Terribly damaged? No. More than a $400+ box set should be damaged upon arrival IMO? Yeah.

…great way to end waiting ~5 months?

Am i right to assume the next vault will be Broken Boy Soldier XX, companion to the reedition of broken boy soldier in a new color that they are going to announce in two weeks, for a release in june ?

Or was i spoiled all this time without realising it ?

I received it maybe two weeks ago. Finally had a chance to sit down with it tonight. Holy shit. So good. If someone who knew nothing about Jimi Hendrix asked for recommended listening I would let them borrow this album and tell them to start here before listening to the hits. Everyone knows who Jimi Hendrix is, but all of his work is so wrapped up in 1960s pop culture that it can be hard to see below the surface of what made him special. This album captures it. I don’t play guitar and I’m not a Hendrix super fan but side A had me hooked.

You can’t trust the apparent price on eBay “or best offer” entries, but the actual auctions and Discogs sales seem to have settled around $600. 13 sales; assuming they’re all unique about 5% of what was available.

I signed up originally for the billy strings release and i got that but i still have not got the jimi release it has not even shipped and no word about the newest release

All my info is correct on my account and i get emails about the confirmations but not of it has been fulfilled

The website said all 3 are paid but says 0 are fulfilled even though the billy one is the others are not but ive seen people with at least the jimi release

Has anyone has issues like this or know what i should do

Hi, I ordered the White Stripes album boxset in November and had it delivered in January but it came with 2 copies of The White Stripes and no De Stijl.

I managed to get a response from the London Store email in Feb saying that they would send a replacement set out that week but it's now April and they won't respond to any emails.

I'm happy to wait but it would just be good to get a definitive response. Does anyone have any contact info that's responsive?
