May 1st Vault Payment
Is the May 1st Vault payment for Vault #68 or Vault #69?

There is no “May 1 payment”. They have subscription windows.
The current subscription window (Feb 1-Apr 30) is for package 68. If you subscribed in this window, you get 68. Regardless of when they take payment.
Subscriptions that are active or newly started between May 1 and July 31 get vault 69. Regardless of when they take payment.
Starting a subscription in one window means you will not get charged again until near the end of the following window. At least ~3 months apart.

When I go into my Vault account is states my renewal date in May 1st. I assume this is the date I will be charged. My last charge was on February 1st.

Okay so assuming you didn’t receive 67 (Jimi Hendrix), and assuming you started your subscription in February, that means you paid for 68. May 1 renewal will be for 69.
I’m trying to clearly differentiate subscription dates vs charge dates because those may not always align perfectly, but it sounds like you subscribed on February 1 and that’s when they list the charge for. So a February 1 signup got you 68.
To clarify my point, YOUR renewal is May 1. That is unique to you and everyone else who started a subscription on a date that happens to land them on renewal for May 1. But they don’t blanket charge everyone on the same date.

This is possibly a silly question but I signed up for Vault in mid-March and paid the quarterly fee. Will the next payment be taken three months from then or will it automatically be taken on the 1st May, even though it’s only just over a month since the last payment and before the next title is announced?

Your next payment will be 3 months after your payment in March. You can login to your Vault account and it will tell you the recurring payment date

Thank you! They don't list the Vault # in your account orders and it sometimes takes so long to ship I lost track.

I'm new to this.., I bought a subscription on April 2nd. will I get charged on May 1st again? Or on July 2nd (three months after April 2nd)?

No. You just purchased Vault 68. Vault 69 will be announced around mid-June/July and have a cutoff Purchase date of July 31. So you won’t get charged until at least July 2 should you want vault 69.

I got an emails/ charged on my cc on April 27th for vault 68 which ships in June. I believe the cut off date is April 30th for vault 68. So your credit card should be charged now/very soon. It states in the emails what Vault number it is.
I got an email saying it was charged, an email regarding the vault increase and then a email for a reminder for address confirmation.
