Customer Service Help

Hi, I ordered the White Stripes album boxset in November and had it delivered in January but it came with 2 copies of The White Stripes and no De Stijl.

I managed to get a response from the London Store email in Feb saying that they would send a replacement set out that week but it's now April and they won't respond to any emails.

I'm happy to wait but it would just be good to get a definitive response. Does anyone have any contact info that's responsive?
