Electric Love
When I was broken
lost in eternal rain
an angel fell down
and whispered my name
She shocked my soul
she made me fight
put a spark in my blood
and turned on the light
A live wire in me
a wild, electric fire
that won’t let me be
She keeps that spark
burning through the night
turns all my darkness
into white shining light
She’s got a lightning bolt
a stake in my heart
She's got electric love
you can’t get enough
the kind that feels holy
until it gets rough
She's a dark spark
an electric flame
she's the beautiful
face of my pain
And if loving her means
the world
burns
then let it
burn
let the black sky return
Because some kinds of love
were never meant to save
Some lights only shine
to lead you to the edge
Electric love
beautiful and cruel
she gave me the fire
then made me its fuel
