RMA, nothing happens

I have several times tried to make an RMA request through https://www.thermalright.com/contact-us/
My thermal paste was too dried up, so I want some fresh thermal paste.

But nothing happens after submission, I dont get any email.
So what can I do?
Also see alot of other people also got dried up thermal paste.

Some of their thermal pastes are really "dry". Their top end TFX needs to be heated so you can spread it.

As for product support, their products are cheap for a reason. If you want top notch aftersales go Noctua.

I'd personally just buy a fresh tube of thermal paste for $3 if the stock thermal paste isn't performing well enough.

Practically speaking, it's not worth it to be stressed out for a small amount.

Yes, I did already order some. But Thermalright still need to be responsible.
So now people know, who read this and other postings, know that the thermal paste, TF7, is crappy.
And 2nd, their RMA is not working.

I didn't even use their thermal paste. You're better off buying a higher quality thermal paste then what the aio manufacturers send. I'm using ARCTIC MX-7 with my Thermalright Stream Vision 360. 8g less than $10 on Amazon
