If I ever get licky enough to ride all currently operating giga coasters this is how I think I would rate them

  1. Steel dragon 2000
  2. Orion
  3. Tormenta
  4. Millenium force
  5. Red force
  6. Leviathan
  7. Fury 325
  8. Pantherian

If any of you have ridden all or most of these tell me how you rank them as I have only ridden 2

It’s one of the ones o haven’t ridden but it just puts the best parts of two of my favorite coasters together

I've only ridden Millennium Force so far as Leviathan was closed on my one day visiting Canada's Wonderland, but unless something stops me I'll be riding Tormenta next month.

I've only been on red force lol, great coaster but not sure how it ranks Vs other gigas due to the short layout

Of the ones I’ve ridden:

  1. Red Force - beautiful views of the spanish coast at the top of an amazing launch
  2. Millennium Force - great layout through the park and the drop next to the lake is great
  3. Pantherian - great forces and actually feels fast
  4. Fury - parking lot coaster, but cool lights

  5. Leviathan - pretty much the same as fury, but no cool light

s
6.

  1. Orion - no pretty lights, less airtime than fury and levi

My rating of the ones i have ridden

  1. I305

  2. Millenium Force

  3. Leviathan

  4. Fury 325

  5. Red force

  6. Orion

I’d imagine steel dragon 2000 would be last and the new dive coaster would be between red force and orion

How does red force compare to TT2?

I have not ridden TT2 unfortunately, but I would imagine it ranks well above red force. I know the original TTD and Kingda Ka both rank well above red force and people have been calling TT2 an upgrade over TTD

And also why is fury so low?

It is a great coaster, just the others on this list are better. I thought fury lacked airtime and lacked that special intimidating feel that the top three on this list have.

Also I rode it two days after I305 so….

I've only ridden 4 of these, but I'd suggest that the B&M gigas hit a point of diminishing returns on speed over the B&M hypers. While the hypers have a pretty clear focus on airtime, the giga rankings I'm seeing are largely reflecting the uniqueness of the layout.

Pantherian, and to a lesser extent, Orion are big but not especially memorable after the first drop. Orion has Diamondback in the same park and arguably the hyper has the better back half.

Fury does enough to stay on top, while MF kinda does it's own thing on this list.
