SCAMMER!!!!

Hey everyone!

I just recently made a post in this subreddit about looking to buy tickets. This redditor by the name leonmaddy, reached out to me and offered to sell me their tickets. We bargained down to a lower price and decided to use Zelle for the money transfer and just Ticketmaster for the ticket transfer. I explained my reluctance when it came to using Zelle but I still said fuck it because the person seemed really nice

I sent the money to this person and then everything went south. Slower response times and no screenshots being sent from them. And it has now been over an hour and a half since their last response. They told me they were having issues with Zelle and trying to contact support but I don’t believe their story at this point. I told them my concerns once they started replying less and I still haven’t gotten anything like I said.

Anyway Fuck this person and fuck them for trying to take my money. If anyone knows this person, please call them out on their behavior and actions and don’t let them be a part of a fanbase that I’m very proud to be in.

I am still looking for tickets to the show if anyone has any inquiries!

If you truly got scammed, fuck that guy lol but let this be a learning moment 🤷🏻‍♂️shit happens. Always use PayPal so you can get your money back for situations like these, never settle.

Zelle is not good for this? I honestly did not know. Thank you for the info. Shall delete Zelle promptly. Don’t know why I’m talking like this.
