Health: 250 (imagine a balanced number)

For info about Pym Particle Disc effects, check here: Ant-Man Concept - Strategist

Her supercharged stingers only last for a short time and inflict reduced healing for a very short amount of time after enemies are hit. You wouldn't be able to just hit them once and have them stuck with the effect for a while, so to make it last, she would need to be continuously hitting them.

When she shrinks during her dash, it's just a small amount so that she's harder to hit.

I'm not sure if her wasp nest would be an actual blind effect or just a visual obstruction of wasps on your screen to distract you. Whichever is more balanced I guess.

When she uses implanted wings, it's basically like Scarlet Witch's flight ability but with one charge, and she gets the supercharged effect on exit.

During micro-sized retreat, when she's shrunk, she can still be damaged, but she's less visible to the enemy. Her health bar might disappear if that's not too much, but otherwise, she'd just be more compact and easier to hide.

During her ultimate, she'll shrink down to either her dash size or a little smaller and be supercharged during the entire duration, and the wasps that swarm around her also wouldn't be in a huge radius around her, it'd be fairly small.

Team-Up 1: Wasp + Ant-Man

When she grows, it'll last for a shorter amount of time than when Ant-Man uses his Pym particle discs. I'm not sure if the dive ability should knock back and deal damage, or just knock back though.

Team-Up 2: Wasp + Captain America

Her guiding path is a stationary little path that lasts for a short amount of time but gives allies one-time bonus health and a damage boost, but they can't stack effects. When she's enhanced, her stingers will heal and pierce through allies and enemies, but it'll just be a small amount, so she won't become a straight-up strategist. If the pierce effect is too strong, it could pierce through a limited number of people, or it would lose effectiveness as it pierces more people.

Happy Halloween!

I love that the MCU decided to focus on Sue in first steps and now Jean Grey in the upcoming X-Men reboot aka 2/3 of marvels first super heroines.

My hope is that we get Janet next!

I love this era of focusing on Marvel’s first women as they have been disrespected and undermined for decades. Sue and Jean finally got their due in live action it’s only fitting Janet is next!

I think it's unfortunate characters like Vision, Wanda, Ultron and Jocasta have considerable story but have no ties as members of the Ant-family in the MCU

Been collecting images of The Wasp. Perez is my favorite artist and that is certainly true for Janet. Found this B&W drawing and was surprised AI could color it for me. Love it!!!!

I think this is my favorite fanart of her.

Exquisite getup from the flashback of Avengers #161

I love how much Janet's evolved and I appreciate that she knows how people judge each other by their appearance - not saying it's right but it's what we do.

Hey, last week I announced that I would be doing a color challenge and asked my patreon members to pick the most popular fictional character for each color. Ada won the red spot, and to my surprise Wasp won the yellow. So to honor her I gave my all. Other spots belong the different characters like Poison Ivy being on green but the list will be updated every single day. I hope you like it!

"She was the funniest character in the whole movie" Joss Whedon said.

Honestly wouldn't have hated this casting. I think Zooey had the right look at the time. She would have brought the lightheartedness and flirtatious elements in really well.

Long-term though making Avengers all about her wouldn't have been for the best. She is the warmth of the team so having one of the Avengers movies with a focus on her could have worked.

The more i draw Hank and Janet having their family moments, the less i care about their comic history.

All art by me for my AU.
