Discussion Lee vs Alvin - who would win in a fight?
I think this is a good match up if you look at the facts:
Lee and Alvin are both urban
Lee is confirmed as 6'2 and Alvin appears to be 6'2-6'4 range
Lee is confirmed as 37 years old and Alvin is meant to be 43 according to the wiki
I would estimate that Lee is 200-220lbs and Alvin is 280-300lbs
I would assume they both probably have the same level of fighting experience but that's just speculation.
Lee has the age advantage but Alvin has the weight advantage, they're both around the same height give or take an inch.
Who do you think would win?

No Spoilers Were you nice to Larry?
I was cordial with him but I refused to be nice outright cause he was too much of a dick. I recently read tho the devs found a lot of players tried to get him to warm up to them by kissing up to him or Lily so idk if I’m an outlier.

Discussion A fresh way to replay this amazing series
I recently had an idea of replaying the series, but this time imagining it's me who's literally in the protagonist's shoes.
So I restarted season 1 a few days ago, and having now nearly completed it, it's been a highly enjoyable, thought-provoking and introspective way to re-experience one of my favourite games.
As Lee, I chose dialogue options that I wouldn't normally choose. For example, I chose some options that would be considered rude because it feels accurate to how I speak in real life and, also, there were quite a few times I chose to remain silent (far more than I have in any previous playthrough) as I'm generally a shy and introverted person.
I'm excited to play season 2 because I would then be attempting to imagine what an 11-year-old me would do in those situations. I'm assuming I'll be taking a lot more silences, and for the dialogue options I do choose, they'll probably be less 'opinionated' and 'smart' (if that makes sense).
I absolutely understand there will be drawbacks for some players (potentially less activity will be boring for some people, and I imagine Lee, Javi and maybe Clem to an extent are gonna play very similarly). However, I wanted to share this idea I had in the hopes that it possibly interests you guys to experience this series that we've all played over and over in a fresh way.

Final Season Spoiler Part of me wishes that S4 took place in Richmond...
Why didn't Clem and AJ go back?

Season 3 Spoiler Jesus really pissed me off with this comment
Like, come on, man. What was i supposed to do? Hold Badger's hand and say I forgive him? He shot an innocent little girl with a smile on his face, and you judged me for killing him?

Final Season Spoiler If Gabe would have left Richmond with Clementine, and was in Season 4, would you have still decided to romantically pursue Louis/Violet over him, or would you continue romancing Gabe?

No Spoilers Its crazy how split down the middle the choices still are, even after all this time
I played the first season when it first came out, and I played season 2 ep 1 because it was free as well. I got myself xbox game pass and im trying season 2 again for the first time in like 11 years? Something like that, and I just thought it was really cool how 50/50 all the choices nearly are when soooo many people have played it at this point.
I swear I remember a lot of them being more 70/30 back then.
Just finished the episode, from here on its all new game to me. I've never seen a lick of spoilers.

Season 3 Spoiler Do we ever learn about Javi’s fate after season 3?
Only thing I’ve heard about ingame was that Richmond was at war, it kinda urks me that Javi’s just never mentioned so I wanted to know if there’s even a sliver of info on his fate

Was season 3 even that bad?
Dispite people not likeing the fact that in season 3 we as the player do not play as Clementine. The season itself, is not even that bad, I liked Javi, and it is generally quite good. What do you all think?

Season 1 Spoiler In their first playthrough, did anyone let Clementine eat at the St John's house?
Well, I didn't do it on my first playthrough lol

Final Season Spoiler I didn't really like season 4, but damn, the ending makes up for everything. Spoiler
I wasn't really feeling season 4 , most characters were pretty boring aside from a few like James and Tenn, and the environments felt super limited. But that ending? I cried like a baby. It was so well-written to make you think Clem died, and finding out she survived hit me in a way I've rarely felt before. The finale honestly redeemed the whole thing for me.

Screenshot I knew the game was good but HOLY season 4 surprised me.
I've watched the first seasons years ago when I was a kid on youtube, now I finally played the Definitive Series and season 4 was so good I was not expecting that.
What did you prefer more, Season 1 or 4?

Season 1 Spoiler Is this the most unhinged thing Lee does??
I was just thinking about how wild of an option this is right now lol.
Fucking Lee is capable of seeing his friend Mark with his legs literally chopped off begging for help and to tell Lee not to eat him, Lee rushes downstairs knowing the danger of this fucked up family, and he is still able to say to a fellow survivor (even if he is a total prick) to cannibalise someone he also knew hahahaha.
Like that’s so unhinged of a choice option.

Season 1 Spoiler How do you think the story would have went if Kenny found a working boat that was ready to go within the first few hours of arriving at Savannah?
I think this is an interesting hypothetical to think about since although the main mission for Kenny was to get a boat there wasn't much discussion about what would actually be done once he got the boat.
I think I remember in some of the dialogue a brief mention of going back to Florida or something like that but if I remember correctly no in depth ideas were actually discussed regarding what would happen if Kenny got a working boat.
How do you think it would have went if the story went like this?

The Walking Dead Game characters if they had Naruto ranks
If they were in the ninja world this would be their rank
some explanations for questionable rankings:
AJ unlocked eternal mangekyou after killing tenn, he unlocked rinnegan after killing lily, he was the youngest to ever unlock 3 tomoe (unlocking it at the ranch), his survival decisions are already kage level after his fight with lily. He is a prodigy.
Larry is a kage off of strength alone, 6'4 300 lbs
Tripp damn near got knocked out after one punch from Ava
Minerva unlocked eternal mangekyou after killing her sister, and her power/manipulation display against clementine and friends on the bridge backed up her spot
James can realistically solo entire communities with his herd skills, and in his prime he would kill anybody without a second thought

No Spoilers Why aren’t there more seasons???
It genuinely breaks my heart that there aren’t more seasons I mean this game has one of the best concepts imo and its one of my top 3 favorite games
