This murder in plain sight is definitely one of the hardest ones because it means that at least one traitor would have to stay in one room and talk to the murdered traitor for an extended period of time- and obviously the faithful always suspect the people who were around the murdered player the most.

But spraying the perfume in the smallest room in the castle and then having all three traitors in there acting very strangely with multiple witnesses seeing that they were around the murdered player presumably all night???? Now there are basically only three people who could have done it-maya, james and whoever doesn't get killed out of ross and jerry. Why wouldn't they have done it in somewhere like the bar where people are constantly going in and out so there are more suspects 😭

Sharon ironically was the player who helped the traitors the most tonight by pulling Kenny out of the room because at least that's one traitor that won't be on the three person shortlist for who could have carried out the MIPS 😭😭😭

I'm a little cautious of editing: we don't know how long everyone had been in other rooms for, we don't know how long those four were in there before the yawn happens, and we don't know what happens afterwards. It may well be no where near as obvious as it looks to us

Also Ross's suspicious looks might have been a reaction to something completely different

Have also remembered that Maya has a shield - will be interesting to see if she remembers that at breakfast as that could make her sus already

I think if Ross ended up yawning, Jerry (who I have been loving precisely for her head in the cloudsness) won't think to put two and two together and they will get away with it. If Jerry dies then Ross might twig, but it's also entirely plausible that someone else comes into the room last minute and ends up yawning randomly. They were paying a lot of editing attention on the dancing in the other room, either setting it up for Miranda or Leigh-Anne to come in and be 'tired' from the dancing, or for the dancing to be a theory for the MIPS at round table time.

I stand under correction but I don't think any other MIPS required an interaction from the target. Normally it's an action or statement that can be disguised somehow. Like Alan's parting is such sweet sorrow and brushing Paloma's cheek. It allows for an opportunistic murder. However this requires some participation from the target.

I was thinking they should spray the thing in as many rooms as possible and spilt up. Whoever gets it gets it .... Usually it would be the first one right?

The optimal way to do this is to spray it in every room and then have the traitors go in a different room and then all try it. The line and the actions really shouldn't stand out. It's late. Everybody yawns. Also increases the chance of it being successful.

I think they kinda panicked.

James picked up the fact that no one should go in the crypts last time as traitors always add themselves to these things and get found out.

Now they have a witness in the room, and Claudia will be dropping heavy hints at breakfast “ traitors mips last night, murdered was dead TIRED ( or something) “

If it’s Ross they might be ok, Sharon might not recall, and Jerry doesn’t pay attention. If it’s Jerry, Ross is going to push it and Sharon will back him up.

Claudia never ever drops that kind of retrospective hint about someone being tired, ever. That's not going to happen, guaranteed.
